Max Factor Building: Hal King, Lucy's long time makeup man was from Max Factor and, in fact, the end credits for I Love Lucy lists "makeup by Max Factor". Many, many movie actresses endorsed makeup for the famous company but the longest association with anyone was with Lucille who appeared in ads for Max Factor, from her appearance in "Roberta" in 1935 into the 1950's. To this day, Max Factor is still one of the leading makeup brands in the world!
